Dahon online store terms and conditions

Chung Yung Cycle Co is the exclusive agent of Dahon in Hong Kong. We provide the convenient way to let customers use our service and purchase the product on the website. Please read these terms carefully before using this website. When you use this site, you agree to be subject to the following terms and conditions apply. We may update this website terms and conditions.


Payment Method

If your payment is done by our platform, for any following reasons, we will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect losses and damages), 

 1.       Any failure, delay, interruption, pause or transmission restriction of any information used by a bank or third-party trader to process a credit card payment channel or other party or payment system;

2.       Any errors or omissions in any information or messages communicated by the above payment channel;

3.       Any failure in this payment channel and any matter arising therefrom by association.

4.       We accept all the payment by credit card that we have provided and reserve the right to refuse to pay in a certain way.

*Please note orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.

We reserve the right to change the online shopping payment method at any time without notice.


Delivery Service 

1.        Delivery service   (Hong Kong Only)

l   Some area has a special delivery time (except the public holidays)

n  Ma Wan island specified delivery time: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (12:00-16:00)

n  Discovery Bay   specified delivery time: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (12:00-16:00)

n   Tung Chung specified delivery time: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (16:00 –22:30 )。

²  In addition, Airport, Asia-World Expo, Disney, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and control areas as well as cargo vehicles prohibited from entering the area is not available for delivery service.


2.   SF Locker(Only use for   parts   below 10KG)

Delivery    Arrangement 

1.     The goods will be delivered to the customer which chosen the delivery location within 3-7 days after payment.

2.     Delivery may not be available on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday

3.     If the delivery address needs to reschedule, or customer does not receive the good. We can rearrange the delivery time but the customer may need to pay the administration fee hkd150.

4.     If the location is a remote area, customer need to pay the charge which is stair charge and other surcharges

5.     We cannot combine two or more separate orders. Each order will be calculated shipping costs independently.

Weather Arrangement

Delivery services will be suspended when inclement weather conditions such as thunderstorms, Typhoon number 8th, black rainstorm warning or other weather effects may result in the suspension of vessels, serious flooding or obstruction or closure of roads.

1.The company will not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, losses, expenses or expenses incurred by using this website or related data.
