1. If the customer finds any damage or malfunction of thegoods, the customer must contact the customer service center by email within 7days of receiving the goods.
2. If the customer wants to apply replacement service, please pay attention that we willnot refund and replace other models.
3. If thecustomer order is not same as the goods, we absolutely willing accept toexchange or refund!
4. Refundsmay take 7-14 working days to reach the buyer's account.
5. The refundmethod will be using the same payment method to do the transaction (e.g if thecustomer uses the MasterCard to the payment, we will refund to his/herMasterCard account.)
